Nintendo packed 23 games into about 15 minutes in its October 28 Indie World showcase, and the headlines are a long-awaited date for Witchbrook and a Switch 2 arrival landing tomorrow.
Witchbrook launches January 28, 2027
Witchbrook opened the show with the date fans have waited years for: Chucklefish’s magical life sim launches on January 28, 2027 for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. Players start a new life as the newest resident witch in the seaside town of Mossport, attend Witchbrook College on the road to graduation and beyond, make friends, find love, and explore a world filled with wonder and charm. The game supports online play for up to four players.

Players ride a magical Hoversword across deserts, glaciers, and shimmering seas, exploring the mysterious Necropolis on a quest to restore a lost ocean. The game previously launched on PlayStation 5 and PC in August 2025; this is its Switch 2 debut.
